Book Chapter: How to study the function of disease associated variants using flies

We contributed a chapter to a book titled "Notch Signaling Research -Methods and Protocols" which describes how we designed and performed experiments to demonstrate that the p.P155L variant in TM2D3 associated with late-onset Alzheimer's disease has a functional consequence.
