We report the development of ModelMatcher, a matchmaking tool to facilitate collaborations between scientists and clinicians to facilitate research on rare and undiagnosed diseases. This tool can also be used by patients, family members, patient support groups and other stakeholders to match with a scientist who has expertise in their genes of interest.
